F Club reflects a broad alternative, eclectic mix of music with roots in the DIY spirit of late 70’s punk and post punk
Presented by
Steve Gornall
Originally from a Leeds suburb I’ve been in Somerset since 1997, arriving via Northampton.
Music, football, travel, socialising and family dominate my time. I’ve been listening to music since the late 60’s when I used to hijack my brother’s tape machine and I’ve been buying music since 1972 starting with heavy rock before getting into punk, post-punk and music of a more exploratory flavour up to the present day.
F Club reflects a broad alternative, eclectic mix of music with roots in the DIY spirit of late 70’s punk and post punk with branches encompassing guitar, electronic, lo-fi and world sounds right up to the current day.
